Yep the car will thank you for a service and my monies on the MAF Anthony. Ours is a 2000 pd 1.9 115bhp and we noticed power seemed to have dropped of a bit before one particular service back in 2008.The Audi tech mentioned even though no faults were showing he suspected the maf was on the way out. Sure enough i ordered and fitted a exchange Audi Maf £45 which i though nice and cheap and the car was restored to full power.

If it came to me I would run a full fault test. Read live readings of maf as they only throw a fault once failed completely I would look at the state of the intake manifold and check the dpf percentage before doing a forced regeneration. As for clutch wear how would they know with out pulling the box? Does it slip in 6th under load.? The cam belt change is a 300 quid job but will have no affect on running unlike the old pd where belt stretch could affect the timing very slightly.
