Need some advice...
I'm looking into registering my LHD coupe in Belgium next year - reason is it will qualify as a classic (25 yrs old) and therefore doesn't have to abide by the totally ridiculous Belgian car rules.
My problem is that I need to prove first date of registration. I belive it was originally a German registered car, coming to the UK in 2000.
The UK V5 mentions declared first registered 1991 which won't help. Along with mentioning first registered in the UK 2000 - also doesn't help.
Does anyone know if Audi can help - or will help? Do they keep records of first registration based on chassis number perhaps?
What can I do?
Thanks
