Bit of a weird question/favour for you Avant types

A little bit of a weird one maybe, is anyone able to measure (or tell me) the height from the boot floor to the roof lining in an 80 Avant (tallest point)?

Also if someone is feeling really charitable with a tape measure - the length from the back of the front seats to the very end of the boot and the width side to side (widest point).

Lastly do the rear seats fold completely flat in an 80 Avant?

I think i remember that one, basically if you lift up the seat base then it can be folded flat. It has been a while but i think it's not long enough to use as a tent, so far from beeing 180cm long.

Flat(ish). Rear seat bottom hinges forward. Rear head rests are removed and slotted into receivers in the base and then the rear seat back folds forward. As seen here in these two sets of magazine photos.

Yeah, the back seat folds forward giving a close to flat loading area, it's roughly 1.7/8 metres from the back of the front seats to the tail gate that's with the drivers seat positioned for a 6' person. Can't give you a height off hand I only know the length because I checked to see if I could get something in mine, it's also close to 1m between the suspension/wheel arches.

Edit, it is possible to live in one for a week.

Just in case anyone was curious - compared to a Hilux Surf/4Runner, an 80 avant is 10cm shorter, 8cm lower and 1cm wider inside
