i usually ask them to send me a paypal request to my account email, that way it is all figured in.

but if you choose goods, you can choose who pays the fees and it will calculate that all in.

for next time when your seller doesnt back out and sell to someone else.

Hey guys I would like some advice. How is the paypal buyers protection? If I don´t receive the package, do I get the money back, or is it a bit more complicated?
I have a chance to buy forged pistons for a very good price, so I´m trying to understand my risks.

if you dont PayPal as a gift and the seller does not supply a tracking number you get your Money back.

What if they send me the tracking number. I receive the package and it is a pack of potatoes, instead of pistons ?
