I was driving Cortinas when this car came out so this didn't appeal to an everyday driver
like me who aspired to classic Jags at the time.Never knew how special this car was.

I always loved it for the proper halo car that it is. To put it in context a 2001 996 Turbo has very similar spec, twin turbo flat six, permanent four wheel drive, similar power, 0-60 time, and top speed. The 959 is 15 years older
