If you search the forum, you will find similar issues.

Huge, huge delays (sometimes years) poor communication, but fantastic quality products once (if ever) received...

I ordered and paid for in full, a product from another US supplier back in November last year and am yet to see it or get a firm delivery date.

We ship a couple dozen items to Europe weekly. As the website says on most parts, there are lead times on most parts, and we never shut down production lines on one of our CNC machines to run onesie parts unless we know it is hanging up a race or project. We do at times knowing the situation

Unfortunately, our quality, workmanship and engineering make us insanely busy and backlogged with large lead times. Fortunately for us, our quality, workmanship and engineering knowledge keep us unsanely busy and backlogged.

I apologize for this but this is the byproduct of doing the volume we do of unique products. We are manufactures not box pushers.

And to the IMS parts being sold via other venders, there is zero advantage to this. If the parts are in stock, they ship regardless of wholesale or retail.

With our buisness doubling every 6 months, mistakes do happen, but we go above and beyond to rectify error and help.
