Can anybody identify these wheels please..

I'm looking to fit some 17" wheels for some track play and found this image of a fine looking coupe in racing livery with a style that I'm really diggin'.... anybody know what they are (and also possibly the tyre series on them for that matter) ??

More info on this mad machine here - try not to get too moist looking at the pictures and mighty respect for level of workmanship that went into this animal.
