Main beam

Morning, I have 0.7 volts coming in my my offside main beam, anyone had this problem before. I hate electrics! Cheers.

Yes, def not the earth.

No its a Cabriolet but fairly sure the lighting looms are the same.

What year? Early cars (pre 93 or thereabouts) have DRL on the sidelights (the main beam gets a low voltage to provide dim dip with sidelights on). Might be the stalk switch shorting out and triggering it)

It's a 1998 Final edition with elipsoids and rs2 style fogs so does have a fog light relay. Yes the stalks is a good call, will give that a try and let you know.
