A real S2 or an ersatz S2? Probably zero real S2s in the US at the moment because of the 25 year rule. That said there could be some, e.g. 1991 + 25 = 2016 so a 3B S2 is possible, but not an ABY S2 (1993 + 25 = 2018 so a while to go).

There are probably lots of CQs in the US and Canada that have been converted to ersatz S2s. There are probably 2 in my area (Vancouver BC) for example. I know there are more in the US, often using an AAN as a stand-in for the ABY.

Canada has a 15 year rule so there are real S2s and RS2s here already.
