I am tired of fumbling around for the keyhole once it gets dark outside, and I have been thinking of installing either an alarm or a remote control for the central locking system. But I really don't want another thing on my keyring. But I have the original key with the button and the light bulb, and I stared thinking maybe I could manage to fit a remote for the alarm or central locking inside that key. Have anyone tried to convert the key to an remote? My first thought - it's not very common for any remote to have one key for both opening og locking the car. Altso, the device needs to be able to be fittet inside the small key.
Have anyone done it? Remember I used to have an original alarm on my URS4 back in the days, can only remember the wierd bump on the B-pillar for the receiver, but not how the sender looked.
