    Bosch AAN cam sensor??

Looking to change the cam sensor on my URS4 and genuine ones are NLA sadly, but, I have purchased a replacement Bosch item,

Have any of you guys used a Bosch one before??

    Any good?

Don't want to strip the front off if I'm p issing against the wind like lol

I've tried to use the search button and gooooooogle but had no luck with it.

Car is running a bit rough, low idle and rev limmiter it 4500-5000 rpm, and although it sounds good and provokes some substantial flames, it NEEDS a cam sensor.

Hunker, I wasn't saying Bosch were bad matey, I was asking if these were a direct replacement without needing modified like they were in the past.
Last time I bought one was 2010 and NO non genuine items were available.

Cheers for the info, I will start pulling at apart tomorrow at work

Bosch was/is the OE supplier of the AAN (and ABY and ADU) cam sensors.

Only thing that differs Bosch and OE senors is that on the Bosch sensors Audis part number is ground off.
