As has been mentioned, you do need to determine which cylinder is at fault by unplugging each injector in turn to see if / which cylinder(s) is messing.

If you can borrow a set of TFSI coils and loom would allow you to also check the ignition.

    HTH.
As suggested. By trying to isolate a potential problem cylinder it will possibly point to a dodgy plug/coilpack etc. Then by swapping plugs if the problem shifts cylinder then its a process of elimination.
If all cylinders are affected together then it suggests something more upstream.

run it with the 02 sensor unbolted so the exhaust has a hole in and see if it helps.

*This.* I've had similar problems on a different car.
Verify that your exhaust is unblocked, otherwise the engine will choke as it fills up.

might be something else..but usualy is in few seconds after startup...
High oil pressure. This will keep the valves open.
But i doubt is this...i would change the MAF with an known good working unit.

This reminds me of an issue with the rally car which ended our event before it started. Do you have any kind of fuel filter at (or before) the fuel rail? Unknown to us, the (034 Motorsport) fuel rail had a tiny gauze filter at the inlet. This was clogged-up and it would allow enough fuel in to start the car and idle for a time, but as soon as there was a requirement for more juice, it killed the engine. We changed everything from FPR to pumps, plugs, leads and everything in between until 2.30am on the morning of the rally. Eventually, we gave-up.

A tiny gauze fuel filter at the entry to the fuel rail, about the size of an old 1/2 pence was the only problem and it got progressively worse as the back pressure assisted in the break-down of the pump(s) which clogged-up the filter even more!

When I removed fuel pressure regulator small filter sits underneath , I think I am getting somewhere now though ,I called to see my pal Peter Morton who owns Aston Parts ( yes he has a few Aston Martins in for service) suggested looking at throttle body so I did ,not saying this is the problem but it looks pretty ugly inside full of sticky crap ,its never been off so it's going to get cleaned tomorrow ,will update all you guys who have helped me .Derek

edit, what hp are you running? I think you possibly need to poke another ecu at the car to deducew whether you have an ecu fault .

you need to act on evidence and not guess work,

eliminate each potential cause and dismiss evidential findings,

                      i.e don't just guess....

It is your money and not mine so I don't really care but there are so many random guesses it is madness!

If all your plugs are sooty, then it sounds very much like it is fuel related.

What ECU are you running? What condition is engine temp sender in?

Or fuel flooding the cylinder/cylinders due to poor ignition. Which is why i said to try and isolate it to a particular one if that's the case. If down to one the cause is quickly found, if it's across all 5 then the problem is upstream.
By checking at this point almost half of the potential causes can be eliminated in one go.
