    UrS4; Engine, gearbox & diff oils

    Time has come to do another service and this time I'd like to change diff and gearbox oil as well. These are my choices;

    Engine; Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 5W-40 (5L)
    Gearbox; Fuchs Titan Race SYN 5 75W-90 (3L)
    Diff; Fuchs Titan Race Gear 90 (2L)

    Sounds good or are there any other options out there?

    Tia

    10/40 to suit the tolerances of an older used engine, would be my own choice

    But I'm not qualified to say for sure. 🤔

    🙂

        Personally, I can't see past Millers oils for my cars now. Over the years I've tried just about every type there is and Millers definitely has the edge (at least for road use).
        For the engine I use "CFS 10w-50 Competition Full Synthetic Engine Oil " and for the gearbox I used "Fuchs TITAN SINTOFLUID SAE 75W-80 synthetic manual", bought from Opie oils. The latter helped cure a slightly notchy box after various failed attempts.

        After a while you'll notice that Millers stuff makes your engine sound smoother and have better oil pressure than before; a trait I've observed in other cars running the same oil!

          I'm fully on Motul since the rebuild.

          Engine - 8100 X-Cess 5w40
          'Box - Gear 300 75w90

          So far so good.
