Absolutely raging today!!

Someone broke into the place i had my RS4 rep alloy wheels and stole them. These are fairly rare wheels so if anyone hears of them for sale please get in touch. Were located in Perthshire but could be long gone by now. There was plenty other things stored in here but only these wheels/tyres taken! They broke the padlock to gain access. I hate to think its someone i know

Sorry to hear of this treacherous treason to your property Michael. It stinks,have to say it's weird that nothing else was taken. If you catch them we'll have them strung up in the Tower forth with to be hung drawn and quartered the following morning!

do you have pics of the wheels ,is there any marks or damage to them to post on forum ,also what make of tyres and apprx tread deth , this may help us to search with you

All four were in pretty much the same condition as this one. These are multi-fitment so 5x112 and 5x100 is the other fitment i think. Easy to spot from the bolt holes.

Cash reward for any information to track down the scumbags responsible.

If you had these for sale, did anyone come by to look at them? Did you let them into where you had them stored? If they came to your house, to look at your wheels for sale, it may have been one of the potential buyers that made off with your wheels. Whenever I sell something, I meet the people in a public place, unless I know the people. That way persons never know where you live.

Thanks Greg. No one came to view the wheels. My thinking is either someone I know who knows where I had them stored or someone has seen my car there before snooped around and broke in to get them. There is a window on the storage place and they'd just about have been visible in daylight or with a torch at night.

Maybe if I had covered them with a sheet they might not have known they were there. But sadly I think it's more likely someone knew I had them there.

It is even worse, when it is someone you know. Sorry about the theft. Put a blind or cheap curtain over the window.

In was thinking as well, did anyone come to see them but also did you have them on Gumtree? If you displayed your postcode there's a tab you can click on and it gives you a map of where your house is. There were a lot of thefts a few years back due to this, particularly wheels as they are usually in a shed, so easy to break in and lift them. Hope you get them back, trouble with these kind of wheels is there are so many out there.

Thanks. I only advertised them on s2 forum. Not on ebay gumtree etc.

Thinking about putting something on Facebook but i don't really use it.

Anyway £200 cash reward to anyone who helps me trace the whereabouts of the culprits
