      ATF and thinners is good, plusgas is also good.

      The key is a really heavy hammer. Club hammer or sledge hammer hit quite lightly makes a big shock...

        Thanks. So hit where the red line is? I thought the diff flange needed some karate chops as well?

                          Thanks.

                          The other 2 i did where not rusted like this one is and came out easily after a light tap. This one is rock solid with rust. We're not planning on changing anything on the prop for now so this i think is going to be a slow hour or 2 tapping away gently so i don't ruin anything.

                                It's weight that's needed. A very heavy Thor type hide hammer or a heavy metal hammer hitting onto wood to prevent direct damage.
