Rusty used to do them, if you want one for ABY then get the one from Youngtimer, Rusty only has a couple of 3B items left - check with him, but I'm pretty sure...

Yes. It's a larger diameter than for the 3B. Also, you'll find the Youngtimer version has a larger bore size, which is good...
