Are you sure it's the motor?
What's the symptoms?
Any smell, or obvious signs of overheating?

Single or 3 phase?
If 3 phase- does the motor 'buzz' when the Up button pressed?

Yep buzzing but not moving

if 3 phase could have lost a phase (blown fuse), if single phase could have lost the motor start capacitor. Motor needs an offset between windings to kick into life
or
seized hydraulic pump, splitting motor from pump could answer that one
