I'm just so sick of couriers and their vandalism. And yup -you guys have all suffered from them...
Recently got myself a nice set of 996 calipers for my ABY coupe, and then proceeded to order a set of A8 Brembo discs and pads.
To my dismay on finally getting home to open my parcel t'other day, I spotted the telltale signs of Courier Abuse- bulging side of parcel, stretched tape, and worst -split cardboard...obviously it had been dropped/thrown..On closer inspection of one of the discs there was not just chipping but unmistakeable distortion of the metal on the edge...
this parcel had been chucked , probably from some height , onto a pavement/road/hub warehouse floor (all three probably)
Furious.
I'm getting another set of discs on Friday from the retailers after apologies/no quibble.
Guilty Party...DHL. Named and shamed... DHL.
