    Most Impressive Kill

Last week, this swiss Ferrari came flying past, so we had to have a play - got the thumbs up after he could not catch us on some runs (only up to 70 of course :mischeif: ).

Most RS4s are left standing, it is usually the porkers that scare me.

I am sure there are plenty of cars out there, that I wouldn't have a second look at, and that would be quicker than mine as well.

            Doug,

Are you still running the RS2 manifold with your present setup? If so, how is it holding up to the abuse from the large turbo? Also, are you running a 3 inch or larger exh system.

I am still running the RS2 EM. It is the limit on the car now. Just recently I have had the front and rear nuts for the EM to Head come loose - I expect it is starting to warp with the abuse - and it has been ran hard at 5 trackdays this year It doesn't leak though. I do have a 3" downpipe but that goes to 2.5 before the middle silencer.

Tempted to just slap on a bigger turbo Steve?

Doug...I have one of those large intercoolers to fit and a new 6 speed box will be on the car soon. I'm looking for something to make the most of what I have, without having to change everything. I'd like to sell my RS2 turbo and go for something that will give me a bit more fun.
Any recommendations for something to add to my current spec??

Bottom end is strong so no worries there, Bosch motorsport pump, RS2 injectors, ITG cone filter, 4 Bar FPR (7A), large 3" intercooler, ported head. Cats removed on Scorpion system. I want to add a larger turbo, thicker head gasket, a 3" downpipe and a bigger turbo to make the most of the other parts. I should be happy with this until I build another engine out of the parts I've been gathering.

Steve - it sounds like you will be very similar spec to me - get the same turbo - as it is good for 440bhp on the RS2 EM. And in the future if you change EM to tubular you can get 480 ish out of it - and break 500 changing the hotside.

I get 440bhp and 412ft-lb, but I am going back to the original inlet cam(from 7A) as I had 437 and 427ft-lb and 300rpm less lag with it.

I would move the maf to the pressurised side as well - I have already ripped a wire off.
