Again off topic, but there is a nearly new scooby in the industrial unit car park near us that has one of those nasty black plastic aerofoils with the aluminium stands at each end SCREWED through the bootlid!!!

I joke ye not ... I once saw a Sierra with a rear spoiler made from wooden planks of the type you'd see on a builders scaffolding platform. It was in Killarney - long before the days of camera phones so I have no proof !

According to one guy on the VWVortex, I've 'riced' my Passat VR6 by putting an R28 badge on the back to match the R32 alloys and dual exhaust...
Better get a burberry cap to wear while I'm driving it
