ENGLAND

great game enjoyed that throughly.

Yes, well played. Wright-Phillips was excellent, and apart from a few misplaced passes King played well in the holding role.

Very true, still believe Scott Parker and Michael Carrick would be best in that role as they pas the ball alot better.

Pressed the ball, higher tempo, good game.

Brilliant! compared to Saturday. That is definitely the way we *should* be playing, fast aggressive high tempo. Everyone played well, King was great infront of the back four, we just need to sort out the left back position.

Can't wait for the world cup now, it seems we really do have options all over the pitch and can play different formations with the wide variety of players we now have.

Oh, and Lampard's goal was Quality!

........... the fat lady has not sung yet.

She's just clearing her throat........

Really do think next summer could be it. A.Cole, Terry,Campbell, Rio, Lampard, Gerrard, Rooney,Owen and probably Beckham are all world class and would get into any other side.
We have a safe keeper who ever we go with. Joe cole is is a very good player, just unforunate he will, if he gets picked, always be played not in his best position.Same can be said of a few others, a la Carragher.
Fingers crossed, we end the season with a full injury free ,first choice squad, and we win the next 5 friendlies and get the confidence back. Not much,eh
It really is ours for the taking.......

Bloody Good Game!!!
