Remedy, need a doc !!!

Hi, im needing a quick remedy to perk me up.
Im feeling all groggy, like a head cold, but not snottin everywhere, lol (sorry)
Ive been having beechams & lemsip max for 2days now n still feel the same.
Bit aching aswell.
Im going to geordie land tomorrow for one night & have to perk up.
Any suggestions..... Please

Had something similar a couple of weeks back and took ages to shake off.
I found the only thing that killed the symptoms was booze. Only a temporary cure and you feel **** again when the booze wears off. If you are on a night out in toon just make sure you drink a lot and you should be ok........until you wake sunday that is.

Ive got the same thing, ibroprofen and a paracetamol mix plus plently of vodka has been doing the trick!
If you want the recipie for a real pick me up. 1 pint glass, double vodka + smirnoff ice + reef, ive found it slips down like fanta, but seems to be preety leathal!
