Hi, sounds like a faulty switch, I would change the drivers switch with the passenger side one first. If that does not solve the problem, I'm not sure where the relay will be on a LHD A4, but RHD (UK) A4's have the relay under the steering wheel, after removing the cover / shelf. It is the "double relay", can not remember what it is, but I think it is the only one in double size.

aha , i dont think so its the switch cause when they stop working with one touch up and one touch down , they stop together and when they works they works together , otherwise i still can operate them manualy so keep pressing the button they close.

i will remove the cover under the steering and look for them. my car is just the front windows electric not the four , so it will have the same relay? any nomber at the relay?

      thanks for help ~Delta
