Has anyone had a play with Google Earth yet? It's an astonishing bit of free software. Good fun and actually quite useful. Recommended

The Plus version ($20) supports GPS the Pro ($400) has all sorts of stuff a home user doesn't really need. Fantastic all the same. If I get GPS one day I'll upgrade to Plus to give it a go.
I tried to find the "weapons of mass destruction" but it came up empty.

When using this for the first time I was thinking wouldn't it be cool if I zoomed in close enough I can actually see myself sitting at my desk typing away.
Give myself a wave
You'd never need to leave your home again with that sort of real-time satellite power!
Picture the scenario: you want to buy something on eBay but would prefer to see it up close before committing to make a bid. Just ask the seller what his post code is, enter into Google Earth and zoom to look at the goods
Now that would be revolutionary don't you think?

Have you changed jobs / got bored with us / been rumbled / bought a new car?
You are a shadow of your former self!
Whats up?
