what do You think, how much power is needed and do i have to play with rear diff or simmilar?

First off, you do not need 460kW to do that. I know for a fact that you do not need more than 370hp (at the flywheel) - however, I have a hunch that you'll do fine with less... Anyway, the trick is to pull the blue/white wire under the rear seat OR get a real lim slip diff. Then it's all down to technique....

Torsen in the rear diff will be sufficient with some extra oempf.
Or indeed lock the rear diff permanently (not advisable).
