Anyone seen or heard of this car?
From what i read i have my doubts, what are others opinions?

There has been much disscususion about this car and DA Motorsport on the BMW forums. The 1000bhp claim is theoretical and is based on fuel and airflow rates for the injectors and turbo. The car has never been dyno'd and the owner of DA Motorsport, Mert, seems very reluctant to have it dyno'd. From the videos I've seen of the car, it's very quick but it's got nothing like 1000bhp.

Yeh having skimmed over the cars details, its all very vague and after doing all that work i'd want a Dyno to show what all that hard work had achieved.

it doesnt sound like a 1000hp car either.it sounds like a regular turbocharged car.It seems awesome though and congrats to those who did it,although i fail to realise the need for more hp other than racing reasons.No need for a 1000hp car to use on the road...my opinion.
Many projects here are done to go up to 500hp which is what i consider the top for a road car.
For track...by all means build monsters!!!

Well especially when you look at the amount of engineering that VAG have put in to the Bugatti Veryon to put a genuine 1000hp + down on the road in a manner that is drivable...

Why spend the £ on an engine when the car dosnt handle with the 320 bhp the standard car has..top gear last night proves that a 501 bhp M6 cant live in real terms with a 340 BHP porche 911...i think they should look at spending £ on putting the power to the road in real terms before trying to punch even harder...
