          test drive

Well i have to say that the quality of that video does not do the car justice at all
I finally got the car back together today and was able to take it for a little test drive (with no front bumper) , Firstly i let the car get up to temp and vigourously checked for anything which looked loose or was leaking, everthing seemed fine.
Just as i was about to pull out of the driveway a friend turned up. Eager to see what the car was like he hoped straight in.
I was very gentle with the car for about 4 or 5 miles but nothing could of prepared me for what happened next.
I said to my friend "right im gonna give it some "
Nothing, nothing, nothing then 4000 rpms came up and it pulled all the way to the red line with its nose in the air , my friend at this point is choking on oil vapour fumes from the breather system which has filled the cab ( a hose clip i did not properly tighten ) .Right, hose clip tightened and off for another blast. I could not believe how much the car had changed from when i first bought it 2 months ago, smoother idle, much quicker throttle response and my god what a sound the forge 007 valve makes, i can only describe it as a almighty chatter.
Better vids and pics will follow

Are these Sparkplugs better than the FDPur used in the RS2 ? I mean of course they are cheaper but how do they perform and how often must you change them?? What are the exact specs of these?
                  Go Holset or Go RS4

                    Bosch super plugs

The plugs come recommended from Javad Shadzi at 034 motersport as he was having trouble with the standard Bosch Platin F5DPOR plugs, and if there good enough for him (500 odd whp) then they are good enough for me.
I do believe that i will have to change them more regulary than the bosch platinum plugs though.
This is the first time i have used the plugs but no problems so far but i will be updating the progress of the car so i will just have to see

                    Bosch super
                    F6DTC
                    0 241 240 564
                    0.8mm gap
                    Multiple ground electrodes.

                    Hope this helps
