i wanted to clean my maf is intake cleaner/carb cleaner good or use something else?

Some folk use isopropyl alcohol as an alternative.

I would recommend buying 1 litre of Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) - get it from your local chemist (they may have to order it for you), put the IPA in a container in a well-ventilated area and simply put the entire MAF assembly in the IPA and leave to soak overnight. Et voila, one very clean MAF, leaving a lot of rather murky-looking IPA.
