What antispyware software do you run?

Try cleaning your computer of spyware, use ad-aware and give your computer a scan.

Can't make head nor tails of that message mate.

Jamo tried waht you said - my system is clean and showing up no issues.

I have got to the bottom of the problem though, after a week After reading on Ebay community it appears that there were many people in the South East who use the NTL server. After a breif outage there was some conflict between the server details an ebay site. Someon posted about changing the LAN settings to such and such. After following this normal service has beenm resumed

This is the one bit of it I do understand. This is a response being sent back to the client browser after your request (i.e. typing in www.ebay.co.uk and pressing enter) and is showing the response code error 307 which is a form of redirection due to a problem with the server. HTTP/1.1 is the version its running as opposed to 1.0 as it offers more headers.

Anyway, Irrelevent really as you found out the problem, but I just thought I would add this anyway.

This problem is a pain in the ....... I thought it was me, until two differnt PC's did this, and the laptop too, all of which run different O/S, the only common thing with all them is they all run NTL broadband accessing E-bay, you can log in once thats ok, but then you get the rubbish above, clear out cache and history and yu get one more page ok, then crap again...

As Dean says, it seems to be an NTL problem in the SE, how weird!!

Oddly enough mine hasnt been affected with this problem at all, so it must be separate from the explosion stuff affecting there services.

Martin, I have got a fix for this now.Got it through the community section on Ebay. Seems loads of people have had greif with this in Bromley/Orpington/Bexley/Dartford areas........If you need it I'll post it/PM it over when I get in.......Its something to do with entering a Ip address in the poxy/proxy settings

I sound as though I know what I am on about there We'll sort out a consultancy fee later
