I have to say something that realy made me sort of upset today. As some of you know i am selling my car due to my new job in germany. Panzerwagen warned me that people at audiworld forum were making fun of it overthere. I was member of this forum only until today, and i wen to join overthere just to see what are they saying. I just came to conclusion that you guys are best people ever in audi comunity. They attacked my car over there like maniacs. I know that on forums people express their opinions but still they show some respect. In another words they are trying to point out things that they dont like in nice way. Some of thos guys over there are just totaly suprised me that i just started to laugh. They dont have to like my car, nobody does, but they made usch statments and conclusions that are jus unbeleivable. They overlooked the fact that i had one of only 2 cars known in USm with this engine and B4 chasis, because i had as they say riced it out. The reason it was riced out according to them is because of my exhaust tip, neuspeed sticker underneath hood, fake carbon fiber sticker around gauges and climate controll and also seats. They were eatin me alive overthere, and i never felt that in here.

I just wanted to say thanks for being civilized and exopressing your opinions in nice manner. Even some member overthere had noticed that they were attacking my car on stupid bases, that is how bad it got. But i did not take it personally because it just forum and i understand that.

There are people here who also frequent the US AW Forum. There are even lurkers here that I have discovered to my dismay. I'd tone it down and just let it go.

I think the main issue is that you are trying to sell a unique car, which will only appeal to a small number of people. The trick is to get lots of honest information out to the right kind of people, which you have obviously been doing.

I'm not sure when you are planning to move to Germany, but it may be worth taking the car to a Euro car show, or even better, getting it to some 1/4 mile runs (it's obviously going to be pretty quick) - that way you can show the car in it's element to the right kind of people.

Ignore the opinionated numptys on the other forum - they obviously have some severe personal issues that they can alleviate by ripping apart someone else's hard work...

My opinion on the car - it looks really good - fantastic engine bay, obviously a lot of work gone into it. Not too keen on the carbon (only because there are a few obvious wrinkles) and the wheels are too small!

T-cut the burn mark off the back, empty the ashtray, and get it on the 1/4 mile to show those haters a thing or two...

(If you can afford it, I'd be tempted to get some bigger wheels, to increase desirability with the kids, it may help the sale...)

thanks for all support guys, and Hiltoa is very good example on how to give criticism to someones car, and that is totay fine with me. Some of those things that are apparent in picture are done as tryout things and i totaly ignored them when i took pictures. But some things like wheels had not beenchanged beacuse i wanted certain wheels for that car and to me there was no sense of waisting money on any set of wheel, why not wait and get what i wanted. But as most of you guys have figured out i just have to as is due ti my circumstances, and i thought that i mad that clear. But those guys overther were just unbeleivable on their comments and only reason i joined over there yesterday was becuse Panzerwagern was kind enough to let me know that they are trashtalkin my car, so was just curious of what happened. i am not going back over there ever. As long as this forum exists i will be faithfull to it and cars taht we like. you guys are teh best and alwasy will be.

Oh and by the way as it looks right now i will be moving to Osnabruck, and hopefully some of you guys i get to meet in person and perhaps help me source s2 or rs2 which i definately plan to get overthere,
