Several Engines have been devloped over the years that run purely on water, im not going back to the days of prehistoric steam engines but modern engines designed to run on water. Unfortunatly big manufacturers realised how badly this could affect their business so they buy the rights to the engine and its never found out about and we are stuck paying alot of money for diesel/petrol.

The ebay item refers to using the hydrogen in water (of which there is a fair bit). Yes, an engine will run on hydrogen, and the only stuff that comes out the tailpipe is water.

Unfortunately, what they don't say is that you actually need a LOT of energy (usually electricity) to release the hydrogen from the water.

It is NOT "free fuel" in any sense of the phrase.
