    Cheers Jase

    There's more:

Hi, Steve. I very much wanted to get your automobile. It would be the perfect gift to my birthday(February 19), but I so have understood that from Russia it is impossible.
I do not know as to be with delivery, but I can pay the charges if they will not be too great.

Not only that the email came into me on the "Bulk" part of email not through normal ebay channels or in my normal inbox.....

Steve it's a money laundry scam, normally see it with Nigerian emails.

A feedback of -1 says it all. offer it to the next bidder.

Well that's how I read it. I gave him short shrift on the feedback and pretty much intimated that exact thing.

I have offered it to next highest bidder and am waiting to hear from them.

To be honest I just want to shift the car. I don't want a lot for it, but definitely not the hassle I am getting....

        Cheers,

        Steve.

Yeah, but his -1 is only down to the negative that he left!

Scammers buy cars between £3 and £5k. This just seems more like an idiot that has little concept of the English language and no concept of a decent car!!

My 'lil sis just told me she had 2 scammers who won auctions in the past week, both pulled the same kinda stunt. Oh, and the items were a Broken Mobile Phone @ £22 and a PS2 @ £77. Looks like they're heading down-market! She's given one on a 2nd offer and had to re-list another, though ebay have refunded the costs.

Coulda been a smart move Steve!

Are you trying to say that my car isn't decent?

Not that one - the bloody Chavalier!

That has done me well. If only I could get someone to take it away!
