Carbon bonnet for S2

they just dont soot every car tho?

There are some people with them fitted state side, if you check the Exterior section i believe there are some pics there.

There was a yellow coupe with one from memory, not sure what other pics were about

Mmmmmm they are very nice.
Ref: high speed etc, had one on my n/a mk4 supe n it was fine.
I could be teempted if the price is right 6 n 2, 3's ???
this was my supe called Thor, this bonnet may look nice on my s2?

I'd hide the carbon with paint - less bling, but you still get the weight reduction!

Jeez, if carbon bonnets are that unstable we wouldn't make race cars entirely clothed in the stuff!!! You need good fastening and good reinforcement spreading the load out into the skin of the panel from the hard points.

Also, don't get a horrid fake carbon piece with GRP backing and one ply of CFRP on top - that's the worst thing of all! All CFRP or not at all.

I want to go to a CFRP bonnet in the future, and would be tempted by CFRP bumper and undertray.

i've got the one that rs2coupe showed. Mine is painted black, though, because i'm not about the bling.
now i'm just trying to find some fiberglass S1 style vents to put in.
