Squares A and B are the same colour. Even open it in photoshop, and check! that's insane

its because the eye cones can't differentiate the two colours in such a small space
Theres a similar one on the net where you see spots inbetween certain colours. -

Same colours. Cut out "A" and "B"
Flip a cutout of "B" and join it to "A".

This one just had my head battered.
I have just spent ages staring at the screenmsquinting my eyes up etc,

And the green round thing never never changed to the colour of A & B....
