Need help with Engine specs

Can anybody help me with this, http://www.not2fast.com/turbo/compre...pression.shtml

I'm not sure about the (Head Chamber Volume) and (Piston Dish Volume) for a 3B/ABY.

if you do a search for Marco, pisobiker in the older threads he went into quite alot of detail while building a stroker
