Insurance help

Hi - not for the S2 but help would be great. My little sister has just got a 1.6 astra and I was trying to help her find a descent quote.
Confused.com threw up 'screentrade', 'budget' and 'kwik-fit insurance' amongst the 3 cheapest.
Has anybody got any BTDT on any of these - either good stories or avoid like the plague stories.
Don't want to land her with a kipper on my recomendation.
Or do I play safe with Norwich Union which were the first big name I recognised - slightly more expensive - but do you get what you pay for.
She has 1 week to make up her mind.

Hi there,

I would suggest you try to find out which insurance companies are behind the scenes. The names you have quoted are brands and there will be insurance companies behind them who you will have heard of. Armed with this info you can make an informed decision.

For example Tescos Insurance is basically Direct Line Insurance. Good luck with getting a good quote.
