Hey y'all
I am after the correct paint colour for my S2...I have searched the forum and have found links to a paint code chart......the problem is it doesn't match the code I have got from Audi.....any would be appreciated!!.....
cheers for that...its just i've got a print out of my cars basic history (when sold, last service etc..) and the colour code is "W9W9TX"..and that doesn't tie up with anything....I'll check my service book in a bit...
Once again cheers for your help
Mike
In case you do not have the service book, the same sticker is also in the boot, in the rear valence under the plastic storage bin on the right hand side.

Hmmmm, strange one that Mike, never heard a paint code quoted like that, but then this Audi who are "code" bonkers. L Z9U I quoted above is from the FA and an online source.

W9W9TX is the factory sales coding for body colour, roof colour and interior trim colour.
In the case:
W9W9 Volcano black pearl (body and roof)
TX Anthracite Interior
You only see different body/roof colour combo on cabriolet models normally. There are also some exotic paint finishes that have four digit sales codes.
It's all in the FA under V-Pages, Colour combinations.
