Im not sure ive been dogin a little research and found something that might look and work nicley .. considering ive done my research right. K26/GT3071 Dual BB, keep my existing hot side and get the GT3071 DBB cold side , the compressor map shows that i start boost at a little over 3000 andhold till red line, sounds about what i would like . again im not sure if im reading this right or not thats why i need your help would this be a good turbo ?

034motorsports has this as a discribtion:
"The perfect RS2 killer, faster spool up and _significantly_ more power output. The GT3071 uses a smaller turbine and compressor wheel than the GT30R which is the perfect combination for a fast reacting, 500 crank HP small displacement turbo.

Full boost by 3000 RPM on most 2.0-2.3l motors and the ability to run over 40psi boost efficiently. Works well with Audi RS2 chipsets or custom tuning. Available with a myriad of turbine housing options to fit all stock K24/26 applications and also all Garrett T3 and GT housings, specify in comments field exactly what turbine housing you'd like with your order, or feel free to ask us anything about what to use with your application. Also available with 3" or 4" inlet, please specify. "

Same setup here . Don't forget a remap after you will change turbo. Also with uprated turbo - you will need uprated injectors. Also, if you go up, stock exaust manifold will mess things up by restricting and burning one cylinder valves (as you've said you will be using engine for long time).

      Think about it.

Not all true, depending on the SW that you go with you can run stock injectors and have now worry of burning valves with stock EM. You have to run the car very hard on some really crappy SW to hurt the valves anyway, who has actually burnt valve from using the stock EM and what was done to the car? As for the turbo, the one from 034 looks good, don't expect it to hold up like the kkk but it should be fine for 50k miles or so without a rebuild. Another option would be keep your hot side and add a K27 7200 cold side, this is what I have and am very happy with it. It will have a bit more lag but lots of power up high and very reliable, you will have to change to at least RS2 injectors with this turbo though.

Could you be more specific on what you've said . From most sources I've read, stock AAN injectors are no good for more than 300hp. Same about manifold. If things above are true (If it's true then ), then what is power limit for stock internals with updated turbo and apropriate remap. I understand, that you can get more torque by SW, but to get safely more HP, I think you need to change manifold and injectors. What is CC value of AAN injector anyway ?
