problems when registering car

hello guys.if i change the engine my-self,and do engine mounts my-self and i want to sell the car to your country,will there be any problem ? i mean would you have any problems with registering it since this engine is swaped and mounts are not stock? i am interested about european countries

European countries may have problems, I think the UK is prob the easiest place to do this kind of thing, altho i have no personal experience

In fact if you were to buy a base engine block from audi it wouldn't come with an engine no!!!! Seen this 3 times before at the dealer so no i don't think you would have any problems provided i suppose that your countries reg doc showed that the engine no matched the car/chassis no

yea ,but you know when the car in docs is lets say 80 kw,and your engine is 180 kw...

then you need to register the difference before it would be allowed.

The car must match the documents, pretty obvious really.

hehe,that was what my point! that in my country i would have to get some docs for my job done,and that would be really difficult.really! but then i thought maybe in some coutries it would be easier
