Its on Astra 1G, but its not Free2Air. Almost as good as though - can't say anymore than that. COUGH.
BskyB is on Astra 2, so you'd need an entirely different setup regards dish and receiver.
Alternately, you could try the web-based service. Costs a few Euros like. Encrypted MPEG-4 based service. Follow the link to the LCI website then click on the logo for "LCI live". http://tf1.lci.fr/
