i bought the boostgauge from flexx on ebay.de.It went quite high priced because i asked him to ship it with a courier service,and i received the item a week later.So i must say that im amazed by all these reactions and of course information im reading about this matter...

O.K whilst this thread is quite fun to read, i would advise to stop it becoming a witchhunt we do the following:

1) Setup a new thread FAO Flexx and people who have paid for items, post what is owed them and how much has been paid in a constructive manner.

2) Appoint somebody if possible who is in Flexx's country to try and contact flex regarding the said above information

3) If this is not forthcoming, contact the Police and legal authrorities of your local country and Flexx's country

4) Lawsuit if applicable.

Personally i'd like this to happen in seperate section that is available to members only and it paints a bad light to visiting hits and it's not the forums or mods fault.

I know we've had problems with the for sale section.

I would suggest that we have a seperate for sale section for items over X amount and too sell items over X amount you must provide your full name, address, and have it validated and it be available to the buyer on request from the mods?

Ive not been on here for a few days now and have come back to find all of this, IP Information can be obtained, some kind of address verification would seem to be a worthwhile thing to weed out the few people that are out to con people, sadly they are a minority.

Im sure Paul, Greg and Mik are able to impliment changes, the mods are simply here to enforce this, i shall make these suggestions known tho so they arent missed.
