Ok ... Typ85...they are always the same reasons of delay ... but I have sent more then ober 2000 packages the last 1,5 years...is that so terrible when 20 people in all that time had problems with me ? This is 0,1% !!! And the 0,1% get them parts or money. And I ALWAYS gave my statements to everyone.

So...what I want say. The reasons are sure mostly the same, because I am only human.

But it`s allways the same with him, you can find lots of people which had problems with him. And allways the same sentences, he uses the trusting of the people, so dont believe to much. You can believe than you have your parts or money back..

I know , I dont have friendship with him so that u think i defend him cause he is my friend or somthing , and as u see he was busy and its kind of lazy what happend i admit.

For Flexx, I have 3 times bidded on ebay from you, this same bulshint 2 of the time, so if someone asks persentages from me it 66% of trouble, and to add one thing, EVERy time it was different ebay account, if you have 99,9 succes rate, it should show up in your ebay account too...

For people: this topic is reminder of the power of internet in good and bad, I believe this signiffically speeded things as the seller has got no conscience, only the fear of bad reputation as hurting business.

But if the seller actually where in some trouble between houses or jobs or sickness, this witchhunt would be VeryVery unfair

I just recieved a telephone call from Flexx within 2mins of sending a PM. We are in agreement and the parts for me will be picked up by Fedex tomorrow. I will be given a digital photo of the invoice and the tracking#. I feel confident he means to do right, tomorrow will tell.

I suggest everyone who paid Flexx to PM him and have him call you or give him a call yourself. My mind feels at rest after speaking with him.

I wouldnt relax until you all have your money back in the bank// OR// the goods you bought and paid for over 3 months ago.....

I got a reply too, not all the parts have been removed from the car (as i suspected being the prop shaft) but he promised to remove them and ship this week. I'm confident it will happen this time..

it is really ALWAYS the same. some tradings which had been alright with him are REALLY NO EXCUSE for the other deals where people lost really huge amounts of money. And if it only are 5 Dollars or 5 Euros he stole the people, everything is important und all of these problems have to be given to the police, so that there is finally an end.

a further funny aspect i´ve heard is that flexx works closed together with PKM. PKM is a 20VT Tuner who deals for a long long time with these cars and PKM also made FLEXX´s engine. the huge amount of money for the engine and the other parts flexx couldn´t pay so he had no other possibility to kill his coupé in order to make money out of the parts to pay the bills at PKM.

read the things i´ve written. i´ve said that i´ve heard this funny aspect. i haven´t said that i know these facts for 100%. this is the difference.

i´ve heard this, and also this would be not true it is strange to hear such things about you comparing to all the other problems members have with you.

HE wants to report me to the police and go to the lawyer. The reason for that he will not tell me. I should know for myself what i´ve done. i have to cool down. He also recommends me to edit my post in order to erase my wrong statements.

Flexx, this is ridiculous. I´ve written facts i´ve heard and i´ve read. Means you can anything to me.

Also it is very very strange that always the same problems occur at some audiforums with always the same statements from you. What do you think is going to be said by the judgement if you´re coming with an action for injunction??? What would you think about such a person, tell me. If anybody owes you 2200$ and you have anything got since 3 months you would do same statements and you would deal the same way as the users here.

Thread locked, If people have issues use the PM Function, Flexx, i have already removed your details from posts on here, you have opened yourself up to such abuse from delays with lack of response to people on here, some including very large sums of money so understandably people are now getting very anxious and your silence hasnt helped along with similar posts elsewhere on the internet.
