Audi A6 issues

Can anybody point me to a forum for A6 owners? A friend just bought an 02 A6 TDi SE and has a few issues,

Remote key dosent work, anybody know how to reprogram a new key and does Audi have to cut the new key blank?

Fuel gauge incorrect, goes off the scale on full tank, shows 1/4full when empty. He found that out the hard way Low fuel light does work fine so i think the gauge just needs re-calibrated, need to know how?

Thanks Mark, found some answers in there. The fuel gauge issue was a recall in the US, hmm
