You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
i had insured my car on the feb 15th and have not yet recieved the certificate called three times and still nothing only thing is my tax is up tmw and i need the cert , i tried online tax but they need the new style mot what else can i do
all you can do is get in touch with them again and remind them of there obligation to have provided you with a covernote so that you are covered. Should be able to get them to fax one to you maybe.
Hi there - if you have the new type of MOT (computer print out style) then you can get the road tax online. They check databases for insurance and the MOT.
Then give your Insurers what for so you have the certificate in case of the old bill and 7 day producer notes.

Post office won't accept photocopies when trying to tax your car. Must be originals!
