how much would this list cost?

hey,

the S2 that i had a quick look at I had inspected properly, got the following things wrong with it, how much these would cost to get sorted?

1) Brakes shot, apparently need new discs/pads all round, also brake hose perished and handbrake sticks slightly on one side
2) Suspension, front off side needs work - coil needs replacing
3) Front radiator is starting to deteriorate, will need replacing in next few months
4) Exhaust, lots of corrosion, again will need replacing in next few months
5) Offside electric window broken
6) Airbag light comes on/off/on regularly during driving

apart from that apparently it is fine, few small repairs have been done to one wing/door.

he's got it on for £5,999 and obviously i wouldn't pay anywhere near that with above wrong with it. Brakes and suspension def need sorting before i even drive it away...

any help would be much appreciated...

are you doing the work yourself?

Brakes about £200 all round.

Front springs, H&R's all round about £230 + fitting

Can ditch aux rad and fit two blank plugs £10

Miltek system approx 450 or custom 3" system 1k

Eleccy window dont know

Airbag is a garage or vagcom job
