With Rooney out, England stands NO CHANCE....

to win anything this June in Germany. Looks like the way is wide open for Brazil to take it home again. Italy is in turmoil becuse of the scandal at home, Germany can't find their *** with 2 hands, Holland has holes that Van Basten hasn't closed yet, Mexico? Look to Germany for the same problems, Ukraine...no way. France is old but still has it's flair and killer instinct with a now happy Henry along with Zidane and Truzeguet. The Asian countries still have too learn to play the big games with
out fear of mistakes, Middle East countries...pulleeeze. Poland, and other Euro countries(Portugal & Spain) never had a chance. That leaves the USA, Argentina and Brazil. The Final will be Argentina & Brazil. Brazil once again wins.
With Rooney in full strength, England would have swept the field. Withoput him they will barely get out of the 1st round. Rooney was the Gerd Mueller of his time.
A pure killer in front of the goal. England has none now.

    You what?

Rooney's a good player but you taking the p*ss if you think we can't win without him

Owen is the main goal scoring man, he scores the main amount of goals, we have 3 midfielders who have scored in double figures this domestic season.

Granted Rooney is a great player but we'd be more lost without Owen.

        Yep!

I still think he will go anyway. If he stands a chance of being fit for the quarters Sven will take him.

We can do it without him too though, but I would like to see him terrorise some of the good teams....

If we play as a TEAM we can win it....

To be honest, I don't think we stand a chance with or without the granny shagger, there are far better teams out there that I think have more likelyhood of going all the way, Brazil is the obvious one, but I wouldn't discount Italy either.

And no amount of **** flags on Astras will make England win either...
