    How much do u think?

Im hoping to get some new coils and my thermostat fitted. How many hours do u think it will take a specialist to fit them? Need to get it done for GTI, so hopefully i can find the cash to get it done. Cheers

They arent hard jobs to do if your logically minded.
I'd reckon on an hour to 90 mins to do the 5 coilpacks approx, thermostat im not sure on

Coil pack conversion is a 15 minutes job 20 max if you go that route, couldn't tell you on the original coil packs, thermostat probably around an hour if it all goes well plus a little time to bleed the system as you will lose most of the coolant when you take it out.

Thermostat is defo more than an hour job IMO....Its a right sod IMHO as loads of stuff has to come out to get to it......

Reckon on 2-3 hours labour for that depending on who does it
and you might as well do the cambelt while all the stuff is off unless its been done recently...
