Wiring diagrams for S2 3B EARLY BUILD 1990?

Hi All.

I have a S2 3B harness for my engine swap. I have a few "lose ends" I can NOT seem to identify were they go on the fuse plate.

I checked out the one site link listed on the S2 forum but it appears to be for a slighly later 3B version. I assume mine is maybe late 1990 early 1991. The reason I think this is because some of the wires do NOT match the wire diagrams.

So.... does anybody have a copy of the S2 3B wire diagrams other than the one listed here???

HELP ME!!!!
PLease!!! I don't want to accidently fry my harness when I power her up the first time!!!

Hi.

THanks for your input, but that is the version I have currantly and some areas of colored wires listed do not match the color of my wires. This listing is a july 1992 issue.

I also saw the Norwegian on S2 Central site. It is a bit closer to my wire color set but still has a few issues.

My harness came from a German S2 3B either a 1990 or 1991 so if any of you German fellas on teh forum has a Early wiring diagram please let me shot me a copy! Veile Danke!

I can take pictures.

Should I take pictures of all the connections I can't find a mate to? I have two under the main engine conpartment fuse bar, and I have about 4 or 5 down in the footwell behind the Main relay plate. I know some down there are not used, and I also know these connect into the dashboard wiring harness (or there-abouts) but connnectors and wire colors do not match.


I'll get some photos today!

My German is OK. I also have a fairly good translator program that helps me on the words that have the entire alphabet contain in them.

Do you have a german copy?

I was looking at the Norwegian wire diagram at S2 central and it is a OCtober 1990 issue of the 3B wire diagram. It matches well but has a couple differances. So I would assume the German issue from that time would be the best match.

I'm going to scan the wiring diagrams and email them to you and to Paul, let him decide whether/how post them to the S2 website...

as to the picture sizes, most if not all picture management programs let you resize images....like MS Office Picture manager let you easily resize pictures...

WOw! German Diagrams from 1990 October!!! Sweet stuff. That should be exactly what I need!

Do you have the WHOLE complete diagrams for entire car? If so I could use the whole shabang!


BTW, would you happen to know exactly where the starter/battery cable exits the chassis at the front of the car?
