Once more into the breech dear friends, once more!!

The 3Lions boys once again must go into battle and with a new front line. Rumors here in the States says Sven has finally woken up and will start Wayne Rooney along side Owen with Lemmon on the wing. Should be a goal
    blitz today.

England ties but loses Owen for??????

The lads barely got out of the match with a tie! Sven pulled Rooney for Garrad and got a goal for a win but then pulls Ferdinand for Campbell and gets burned for a goal.
        Dammit!

Again, not pretty but the result will do. The first half was ENcouraging the second DIScouraging.... I real blow to lose Owen at the start of the match too. Now we are down to three strikers. Although with Gerrard and J Cole on the pitch who needs strikers!

          Could be better.

Fingers crossed we play well against Equador

The most positive piece of journalism I have read for a while came from Clive Woodward. He said that when he won the world rugby cup that England did not play well in the group stages and scraped though, but once our backs were against the wall and we had to play the good teams, we really stepped it up.

Lets hope the football lads do the same thing.

Is it just me or was Beckham a bit rubbish last night too....
