    Is it legal?

    Is it legal to sell vehicle ID documents?
    I ve seen a few sets for sale and wondered if I should sell mine-car is for breaking anyway.
    Or is it a scam just to ring stolen cars?

      Must be a scam. Why would you want to buy car ID documents without the car?

          i know it is possible as i had to buy vehicle documents when triking a reliant robin as the documents which were with the reliant didnt allow me to cut it up due to the model for some reason!

              its NOT legal,but if you want to have chassichange its legal,but you have to contact the autority first..... its a LONG story.:mischeif:

                  I know of people who get old vins and docs for minis. They then reregester ther mini as a old car. (Old style mins not BMW) Then they get free tax.

                  Not sayings its right or wrong just saying..........
